Hatha Yoga

Our beginners friendly Hatha yoga class is one of the most common forms of yoga taught in Singapore today. With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Class Type: Flexibility.

Difficulty: Customisable

Duration: 60 mins

Fee: S$25 per class

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
