Membership Account Management

    • How do I update my personal particulars?

      You may update your personal particulars via:

      • ActiveSG mobile app > Me button (top right corner of home page) > Edit Profile  
      • members.myactivesg.com - My Account > Profile > Edit Profile
      • At the Guest Services Office of ActiveSG Sports Centres

To update your profile name, please use Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass.

 

  • What should I do if I forget my log-in password?

You may visit our Guest Services Offices at any ActiveSG Sport Centre to reset your password. You will be required to present your NRIC for verification.

Alternatively, please login to your ActiveSG account using Singpass.


  • Can I withdraw my consent to receiving ActiveSG updates after consenting to it during registration?

    Yes, you may do so by:

    • ActiveSG mobile app > Me button (top right corner of home page) > Edit Profile
    • members.myactivesg.com - My Account > Profile > Edit Profile 
    • Emailing activesg@iappsasia.com to withdraw your consent.
