Bring Team Sport Back

About

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) had announced the easing of some community Safe Management Measures (SMMs) from 10 November 2021 onwards. Since then, selected ActiveSG and People’s Association sport facilities have been piloting the resumption of team sport, with up to 10 fully vaccinated persons to play together in controlled and supervised settings.

We can now look forward to expanding these activities to selected private sport facilities. On top of the VDS+ART protocol, venue operators and participants must adhere to the prevailing SMMs issued by Sport Singapore for Sport and Physical Exercise & Activity.

COMPLIANCE TO PREVAILING SMMs AND VDS+ART PROTOCOL

Venue operators and participants must adhere to the prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMMs) issued by Sport Singapore for Sport and Physical Exercise & Activity. All venue staff must adhere to the prevailing advisory on the Vaccinate or Regular Test (VORT) regime.

What is the VDS+ART protocol

The prevailing protocol allows team sport with up to 10 fully vaccinated persons to play together in controlled and supervised settings.

The facility owner or operator must ensure that these fully vaccinated persons must also complete a self-administered ART on-site and only grant admission for those who are tested negative.
