ASPIRE55 Cognitivity Programme is a 18 session series on physical brain exercises for seniors. Similar to how we build muscles for strength training, ASPIRE55 Cognitivity aims to stimulate our brain (to muscle up) combined with some physical activity. Each session is 40 minutes, held twice a week (every Wednesday and Saturday), covering one of six programme modules in each session: Spatial awareness & Proprioception, Memory, Hand-eye coordination, Processing speed & Reaction, Focus & Attention and Perception. The exercise is suitable for anyone to perform.

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
