Aerial Conditioning

Duration: 30 mins

Condition your body into the specific aerial moves with our floor conditioning exercises - from splits, to wraps, or poses we work your flexibility, strength, and coordination to bring your best to the hammock. We will do mobility drills, stretches, and a little strength training.

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
