Basketball-Specified Home Workout

Difficulty: Intermediate

Duration: 45 mins

The workout focuses on the muscles group related to the sport and will be an intense session. It will involve a series of exercises with minimal resting period. The aim is to prepare players who are unable to enjoy the sport to get back to their usual playing level when they are allowed to resume competing.

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
