Body-weight HIIT Workout - a type of group physical training programme conducted through a wide variety of interval workout, designed to strengthen vary muscle group. The cardiovascular exercises, are carried out mainly with the body’s own weight, standing and on the floor like push ups, squats and burpees. Focus on building strength and conditioning, to help you in burning and toning, in your body tranformation journey. Get your heart rate up and burn fat faster!
