Bounce, Sweat and Glow on a mini-trampoline! This class consists of 35 mins of choreographed routines that are easy to follow and a 15-mins section to strengthen the core. It's a high calorie buring workout that is LOW on impact so you can be sure that you are protecting your joints whilse buring alot of calories!
