Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow Yoga The postures are taught to assure alignment, sharing of weight between the left and right sides, develop the right kind of breathing and enhance balancing. The postures are designed to open many channels of the body, especially the main channel, spine, to allow energy to flow freely. Hatha poses comprise seated, standing, bending, twisting and inversion. There are multi-level classes for all practitioners (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced).
