Duration: 50 mins
Participants need to have at least 1 year of dance training prior to this class. More challenging exercises will be given to improve their ballet technique. Correct alignment and proper muscular engagement will be emphasized so that participants can get an effective workout while enjoying the joys of dancing. The class will end with a 10min cool down and stretch.
