The classic barre workout with a modern twist, this program takes traditional ballet moves and throws in pilates and boxing. Piloxing Barre is a comprehensive well-rounded workout that is low impact, yet intensity building! This program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class- both standing and grounded (In this online workout, we use chair as barre substitute. Instruction will be given after registering).
