Relaxing Yoga

To provide strength and peace in our body, mind and soul. To be a younger You. A holistic set of Yoga poses like sun salutation, tree pose, bridge, boat, bow pose, etc for belly, hips, back, mind and soul. The session will end relaxingly with deep relaxation technique (DRT) within the last ten minutes.

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
