Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programs for People with Special Needs feature multiple components: cardio training, such as running and jumping jacks; functional moves, like Burpees and Squats that use everyday movement patterns; and exercises like Push-Up that help you build power and strength. Our RunningHour virtual workout sessions are conducted LIVE on Zoom, featuring structured progression from session to session, real-time exercise demonstration, progressive and regressive exercise recommendations, and live coaching cues and spotting by our certified coaches.
