Discover the possibilities of active movement through Parkour and Freerunning. Parkour is all about the efficient clearance of obstacles in urban and rural environment. Using the environment within the boundaries of the house, learn to create dynamic and creative activity where an individual, with a partner or family gets to experiment moves and to discover creative, unusual and individual movement solutions as situational adaptations to the features of an obstacle. Superfly's Parkour skills class teaches the techniques of movement skills focusing on Agility, Balance, Accuracy, Speed. Movement forms like running, jumping, supporting, climbing, etc combined with limitless variety of movement combinations, conditioning exercises and skills will be taught. This is a 30 minutes class and the lessons is catered for beginners, suitable for all ages. Activities are scale-able and our awesome Superfly Movement Coach makes the class great! Join in anytime.
