Vinyasa Hiit yoga is a dynamite and energetic flow practice. It offers strength, flexibility, balance , concentration, breath work and meditation. It is a one breath one movement total body workout that is structured to build strength and foundation while you explore the different poses and transitions. This class Incorporates high intensity interval training (Hiit) during the practice and will leave you with a good cardio workout! You will leave the class feeling strong, refreshed and energised!This class is suitable for all levels.
