Yoga Stretch

Difficulty: Easy

Duration: 60 mins

Stretch: Besides lengthening, softening and toughening the muscles, the postures also stretch the joints (tendon and ligaments), vertebrae, including the organs. This is to give total flexibility to all parts of the human body. This class is good for beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners. It is a good preparation and maintenance class for any other classes.
