Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, it combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve the balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. It's easy and enjoyable for everyone of all level (people of any fitness level, any background and any age).

By participating in the class, you warrant and represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have no physical or medical condition that would endanger your life or make your participation unsafe or dangerous to you or to others.
