Agnes Koh is a registered Activesg instructor. She has been teaching since 1999 and is very passionate in health and fitness. Agnes shares her vast experiences in mind and body with her students weekly at several fitness clubs, health promotion board, corporate and schools. You can always count on an expert who has been teaching for the past two decades. She has been consistently upgrading with teacher trainings, conference, fitness conventions and workshops. A qualified and experience teacher with numerous certifications. Agnes teaches various forms of fitness, yoga and pilates classes. She brings upon easy to follow steps to her classes, connects her participants with health tips.
