I am an active mum to 3 beautiful kids ages from 16-24 years. We are a sporting family who loves fitness and wellness. My experience started since school days in Dancing and Sports. I am 50 years young and still going strong! I was a student attending vinyasa yoga classes and fell in love with it and decided to take up the teacher training course. Vinyasa Yoga offers strength, flexibility, balance, meditation and breath work. I introduced the HIIT part into the exercise to level up the practice and make it more fun and accessible to everyone. This workout incorporates high intensity interval training and will leave you with a good cardio workout! You will leave the class feeling strong, refreshed and energize! Come try it!
