Years of Teaching Experience



Carolyn started dancing as a child at age 5 ,involving mainly in Ballet, modern and cultural dance. As she grew, she ventured into fitness programs such as Aerobics, Zumba, Body Combat, Pilates and so on. Carolyn got to know about Jumping Fitness when it was first introduced in Singapore in 2015. Her journey to become a group fitness instructor started since then when she fell in love with it. Soon after, she has pursued her training in few other fitness programs such as Pound, Pilloxing, Zumba, Kickboxing and the list goes on. While she enjoys working out in group, she wants to bring joy and fun to people in her classes. Carolyn believes it’s never too late for one to keep fit and stay healthy!
