Charlie Chiang is a sports enthusiast and a Sports Singapore certified fitness instructor. He is extremely passionate and aims to inspire people to live an active healthy lifestyle through bodyweight exercise. He has developed his knowledge through years of research and practice. He is currently coaching HIIT workout classes in Pasir Ris Sports Centre and his sessions have been well-received by participants. His warm and approachable personality engages participants, making sessions more enjoyable for them.
