When I first discovered yoga 10 years ago, it was for fun (and also because there was a free trial membership for 2 months unlimited). It slowly evolved into something personal and it helped me get through several challenging times in my life. That's why I decided to embark on this journey to share yoga with people with the hope of helping them experience enlightenment, embrace their struggles and overcome them eventually. My classes are personalised, versatile and fun. I like to emphasise on proper alignment as alignment is important for protecting our bodies from injuries.
