Currently, there are no charges towards Coaches/Instructors for using the ActiveSG Circle platform.

Currently, we do not have an integrated payment system at the moment.
If your classes are paid, you may indicate the URL used to sign up for each class under <class_url> when submitting your class schedule.

Due to the overwhelming responses, kindly allow the team a minimum of 5 to 7 working days to verify your certification and schedules, upload your schedules and coach profile.

While we are verifying your profile, you may submit your class schedule via your welcome email (if you do not find it in your inbox, kindly check your promotions inbox or spam inbox).
Once your profile and class schedule is live, you would receive an email notification.
Do note that your schedule and profile will only be published when both have been verified.
Kindly ensure that information submitted is correct.
Currently, we will not be editing information on the coach’s profile. (eg. Adding information or class types) With the exception of crucial information such as misspelt names that is needed to be rectified.
If your classes are paid, they would receive the password directly from you after they have signed up with you.
If your classes are free, you may uncheck the option “Require Meeting Password”, under “schedule meeting”, so that your participants can immediately access the room.
You may conduct your lessons on any platform easily accessible to you and the participants. Common platforms include but not limited to Facebook LIVE, Youtube LIVE or Zoom.

You may list as many sessions as you have for the month.
Registration is managed by the coach/instructor individually, hence, we would not be able to inform you when a participant registers.

It is not advisable to update your schedule too often, but if there is an immediate need, please resend your schedule with updated areas highlighted through the Coach Schedule Submission Form while leaving a message - "Updated Schedule"
You may use google sheets or numbers to update your schedule. Download or save the document after updating it in .xlsx or .xlx format.
When submitting your class schedule, if your classes are suitable for all levels, you can indicate the level as “Customisable”.
You can upload as many sessions as you have for each month.
Do note to list each session individually instead of grouping them into a single cell.
Sessions should be listed in this format: DDMMYYYY HHMM
You are recommended to send in your new schedule at least a week before the start of a new month.
Yes, you may, however, we encourage for classes to be conducted via platforms that allow for user interaction between both instructors and participants. Platforms include Zoom, Google Hangout, Webex.
