I has been practising Yoga for many years and is a certified Yoga Trainer. I keen to share my passion and knowledge of Yoga with my students. I holds a Yoga Instructor certificate from Vivekanda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Indian Yoga Institute. I also hold a Pain relief therapy certificate. Learn the basics of hatha yoga, the ancient Indian art of healing, toning and rejuvenating the body and bringing about a sense of calm and peace through special postures (asanas), breathing exercises and concentration. The programme, for people of all ages and different walks of life, teaches basic yoga postures and breathing techniques to help nourish not only the body but also the mind. It will show how, by practising yoga, inner peace and harmony can be achieved. Why yoga has proven itself to be an effective way of blending exercise with relaxation techniques is highlighted.
