Hi, I'm Kelly! I used to come from the corporate world where I spent long hours sitting at a desk, but my love for movement pushed me to pursue my passion in teaching Pilates full-time. I love how Pilates helps to strengthen the core and tone the body, without building bulky muscles, so that you will look lean and slim. My classes are light-hearted and fun, but also have a strong emphasis on having the correct form to ensure that you get the best workout possible.
