Kim started practising yoga regularly in 2013 when she was trying to make her daily migraine go away. From curing her physical discomfort to bringing her awareness inwards, she was drawn to yoga to improve her physical and mental wellness. Throughout the different seasons of her life, her practice shifted tremendously from the strong flowing Vinyasa classes to appreciating the calmness in Restorative classes. Her interest in mindful meditation and self-care in recent years have also inspired her current way of teaching yoga. She hopes to share the importance of slowing down in life to appreciate the present, beautiful moments we have around us. Kim is a 400 hours certified yoga instructor.
