Hello! I'm Kris and I aspire to be a successful KpopX Fitness Instructor. I started my dance journey as a child learning ballet. During my university days, I performed with the university dance club and represented my hall in multiple hip hop dance competitions. Currently an avid dance fitness enthusiast, I hope to enrich my dance fitness journey and share my passion with the community. KpopX Fitness® is the first fitness in K-Pop Style! Easy, Popular, Intense & Creative. This EPIC fitness workout is only 50 minutes and suits both young and old. No dance background needed.
