Jesslyn is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance and Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga. In addition, she has been certified by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, as a Level 3 Yoga Teacher and Evaluator. This enable her to assume the role of Master Trainer in Yoga educational institution, yoga training courses and training. She is also currently a certified Evaluator and Assessor of Yoga professionals in Yoga institutions. Jesslyn teaches in commercial studios, schools, corporates settings, and also as a private trainer. She is also a Yoga Alliance ERYT-200 and YACEP yoga teacher trainer and is actively involved in training new and existing yoga instructors. In addition, she is a MOE-registered yoga trainer coach and conducts training courses and workshops for local and overseas schools and institutions. Jesslyn teaches a wide range of yoga class types from general hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga to yin and restorative yoga etc. She specializes in classes like sports yoga, yoga therapy, yoga for muscles rehabilitation, prenatal yoga and kids yoga etc., with certification as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), as well as a Registered Children Yoga Teacher (RCYT). She is also a Sound, Yoga and Ayurveda therapist, where she uses a either one or combination of yoga, sound and meditation to conduct therapeutic sessions for her classes. Jesslyn believes in constant upgrading of yoga skills - not only to general yoga instructors but also herself. She spends most of her time learning, reflecting, improving or creating new styles or class types, hoping to bring the best to her students and clients.
