I am an experience instructor with over 10+ years of teaching experience. I like to meet different people from all walks of life that come together as one to achieve their own personal fitness goals. A.B.T. class - I use bodyweight & resistance band target all stubborn trouble spots. Hatha Yoga - I using basic Yoga pose to help those people who has flexibility problems to gradually developed from the practice.
