As an active and energetic individual, Shuping has always been in the competitive sports scene, until torn ligaments, dislocated shoulders and numerous other injuries at 19 years old left her to step out to recuperate. It was at 21 years old when Shuping found yoga to complement with her jogging passion, and she has never looked back. She has since learnt from several yoga studios, and is also certified with 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga Teaching, as well as Power Pilates Core Mat I. While yoga plays an active part in Shupings life for 10 years, she has never stop pursuing other forms of sports and exercises. Shuping is into dragonboating, cycling, jogging, rockclimbing, and group classes like bodypump, circuit and freestyle group trainings. She is always learning and exploring complementing yoga into different activities to stay healthy and strong physically and mentally.
