Years of Teaching Experience



Former team Singapore sprinter from 2011-2018. Spent 20 years in Track and FIeld as a competitive athlete and more than 10 years coaching in the sports and fitness industry. As a Speed and Strength specialist, my program helps to boost speed and agility, strength and coordination of different age groups and level of fitness.
