Maegan is an experienced Jazzercise Instructor. She enjoys conducting effective, energetic, and FUN group exercise classes at both high and low impact classes to suit her customers’ needs and capabilities. Jazzercise is a dance fitness program that blends dance-based cardio and strength training in one workout session for a total full-body workout. Jazzercise also offers different formats for the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.
