I was just a normal person who did not cared about fitness untill I saw myself gaining weight after I touched thirties. To stay healthy and fit, I slowly went into fitness and started jumping regulary and I started liking jumping and went further by taking up the jumping instructor course and I'm currently teaching jumping at Citygate. My class can be defined as normal jumping class which has cardio, tabata and stomping workout on the trampoline.
