Years of Teaching Experience



I began my fitness journey in 2017 after a 2-months downtime due to a medical operation. During the recovery period, I started with really slow walk, slow jog, and progressed to functional training and various group fitness classes. That’s when I couldn’t stop. Working out together in a group is fun and keeps me motivated. I enjoyed the music, and seeing improvement in my stamina and getting stronger. I proceeded to take up fitness certifications, so that I can learn the correct techniques and conduct classes safely and effectively. Spreading the benefits of being fit and happy is a joy. It is contiguous. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) like Strong Nation, Fight Do and Piloxing really increases the cardiovascular fitness and improve strength and power. Wheel Yoga, being a low intensity workout, does not do less. It increases flexibility and strengthen the body through different Asana poses, and improves the body overall alignment and posture.
