I believe in being in tune with your body and knowing what your body needs is the key to having a healthy body, mind and soul. Do not focus on just chasing the end result, but the journey to self discovery, self awareness and learning to love yourself is what really matters! I believe in practising safely in any workout, focusing on alignment and using the props if necessary. I promise you a highly energetic class, leaving you strong and rejuvenated at the end of each session!
