Having practiced yoga since 15 years old, Tan Sarah is constantly inspired by the amazing effects and joy Yoga has brought to her, Hence she started coaching yoga in 2019 and aspires to bring joy to others through yoga. Her classes include Dynamic Yoga Flow that focuses on core strengthening, stretching and toning, as well as Hatha yoga that focuses on body and mind balance and relaxation.
