Tammi is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She has worked with athletes in strength and conditioning, weight management, muscle toning and general fitness. Tammi strongly believes that a healthy lifestyle is key to good health and she finds joy when her athletes transform through positive changes! Tammi conducts HIIT and Strength & Conditioning classes live via Zoom. HIIT classes is a pure body weight session which challenges your heart and lungs and gets you burning maximum calories in an hour. Strength & Conditioning classes strengthens and tones your whole body using both body weight and dumbbells/dumbbell substitutes.
