I incorporate martial arts into my fitness Training. Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong since 2010. A workout with me with ensure that you will attain your fitness objectives in a fun and fufiling manner From time to time, I do teach kids and seniors. Utilising my TRX and Pre/Post Rehab Fitness Specialist as well as Senior Fitness Specialist knowledge, I bring to my clients what they can achieve and motivate them to set attainable targets.
