I am a fun loving guy who likes high cardio fitness exercise and enjoys teaching people how to have fun on the mini trampoline and educates my jumpers on the benefits of doing cardio fitness workouts on the mini trampoline. The typical jumping fitness session caters to a mix of jumpers, from beginners to the very seasoned. This class delivers a full-body workout through a sequence of curated jumping fitness moves to strengthen and tone the entire body. It is a high intensity class that builds cardiovascular fitness rapidly. Fitness is a fun, dynamic, and endorphin boosting workout that will keep you coming back for more.
