Hi Everybody, I am Zann, a Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer. I have been in fitness industry for 20 years. I teach different exercises, such as Oxigeno, Zumba, Pilates and others. I love my job very much, because I feel satisfaction when I see my participants improved in their physical fitness; and also they feel happier and more lively. Zumba is a latin inspired cardio dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. The workout create dynamic, exciting and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO FOLLOW". The routines consist of fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and shape the body. Zumba is a "FEEL HAPPY" workout that is great for both the physical and mental.
