Under the Engagement Immersion for Leaders (EIL) programme launched in October 2018 by the Public Service Division (PSD) and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), senior public officers are encouraged to sign up for frontline immersion experiences that involve appreciating Singaporeans' perspectives, working together with citizen volunteers, and being part of the service groups that support the vulnerable.
