FOM Ep. 2 - Hurdles pt. 1

In the Foundation of Movement series, we will have an athlete take two episodes. The first one will be a short introduction to the athlete, paired with some exercises and/or stretches that the athlete practise in their daily training programmes. The second part will feature a slightly comedic segment where our host, Melvin, who will be representing the average Singaporean, challenge the athlete against his/her own pet event! This is the Foundation of Movement video series where we explore the different events in the sport of Athletics and share with you how the athletes trains.
