Week 5 - Outdoor Barre Low Intensity Interval Training Class

This next video is going to be an outdoor barre LiiT Class. LiiT stands for Low Intensity Interval Training and it is also known as Bootcamp. So, this is not a tabata exercise but it is actually a bootcamp exercise. So, instead of the 20 seconds high intensity and 10 seconds of rest, you will have a full 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes of this low intensity interval training.
